The mission of the Customer Service staff is to provide callers with courteous, efficient and professional assistance. We are here to serve the needs of our customers satisfactorily. The Customer Service agent is responsible for researching and handling or requesting assistance from the appropriate parties to provide the caller with the service they require.
Customer Service staff keep the rider community informed. If there are changes in service schedules or disruptions of service, for instance, if the bus runs late, a Customer Service agent will provide notification.
Our customer service staff is available from the time service providers begin running their service routes, until they report all riders have safely arrived at their destination. Additionally, an on-call staff person is available evening, weekend, and holiday hours for emergency-situations.
