Quality Assurance works closely with vendors to ensure their vehicles, drivers, and procedures meet contractual requirements for vehicle safety and maintenance, driver training, certification and licensing, and quality service delivery.

Quality Assurance staff also work with families, instructional facilities, and our customers to investigate and coordinate resolution of service issues or concerns.

Depending on the situation, a Quality Assurance representative may visit day programs, bus vendors, regional centers, or go to a client’s home.
