If I decide to contract with R&D, how long will it take before I begin to see the results?
Implementing a full service brokerage contract is a timely process that can take a number of months. However, some results will be immediately available as our toll-free call center can be accessed in a matter of days, billing administration and our quality assurance team can be operational usually within a month. Computerized routing and trip optimization requires the greatest time and effort to implement and can several months to fully operationalize
Is R&D expensive?
Yes, but not after a cost vs. benefit analysis is conducted. R&D approaches each potential new customer with the understanding that while we have learned much about managing specialized transportation services in 25 years, every customer is unique, and therefore, we carefully review a customer’s needs prior to submitting a cost proposal.
Why should I contract with R&D to assist in managing transportation services?
