Customer Service keeps the rider community informed of any changes in their service schedule or unforeseen events. R&D’s customer service staff is available from the time service providers begin running their service routes, until they report all riders have safely arrived at their destination. Additionally, an on-call staff person is available evening, weekend, and holiday hours for emergency-situations
